    I just moved here and needed to get my first service done on my F150 and these people were absolutely AMAZING! I asked if I could use my points to get a detail, but they said it was free. My mother bought me an American flag decal for my tailgate on my birthday and I asked if I could pay them to put it on and they did it for free! These people are down to earth and care about their customers! They made a lifelong customer out of me today! Thank You!

    My 2014 Ford F150 had a recall. I was putting it off for months dreading having to drive 35 minutes to the dealer and then sit there for who knows how long to get this addressed. I finally called in to schedule the work and to my amazement they offered me ONSITE service. I was floored. The tech actually came out to my house and repaired the recall. This is so smart. They have a mobile tech running the repairs and at the same time they can keep the population of cars in for repair at a minimum providing more scheduling room for ppl who actually need to have their car serviced at the dealership. Brilliant concept! Rest assured, I will be using this dealership in the future for my automotive needs.

I went to Alan Jay Chevrolet in Sebring and my salesman, Ferdinand Moraga, helped me find a brand new 2025 Chevy Trax better that the one I had. He showed me all my options and got me approved!!!     Stopped by on the 28th to get an appointment, Jesus Ortiz told me to pick a day. I picked 7/31/25 @ 7:30 am. We were in the service drive thru area when this took place. I showed up at the agreed upon time and he was waiting for me. My Equinox was fixed by 9am and I was on my way. This service department and especially Mr. Ortiz have been wonderful, and I have been a regular customer with 3 different vehicles for the past 7 years.

    Went in with what I thought was a major problem and they checked my truck out thoroughly and found it to just be settings in the computer. They reset everything and sent me on my way, same day. Wonderfully polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back to them for any future service
